Friendly staff, excellent food.

the staff were super friendly and helped us out a lot. the room was really spacious and the bathroom was nice and modern, perfect for a quick shower after a long walk. also, the food was really good, we had a nice meal and breakfast was tasty too. it's super convenient for hikers like us because they're right on the thames path. parking was easy, which is a plus when you're traveling with a family.

Just a reliable pick for a short stayover in Eynsham with fantastic value for money. The pub had great food and friendly staff. Consider opting for a room away from the shared bathroom for a quieter night.

Staying at The Talbot Inn was a pleasant surprise. The homemade beef and venison pie for dinner was absolutely delightful, and the generous breakfast left me fully satisfied for the day ahead.

The welcome I received was warm, and I was really impressed by the gorgeous, newly refurbished room complete with an amazing shower. Relaxing in the lovely garden or enjoying a cozy drink in the lounge made my stay even better. 🌞

I stayed for 2 nights with my family, and it was fab! The room was cozy and nicely updated. The big rain shower was a treat. We had dinner in the restaurant both nights, and it was so good – fresh and local. Just wish the parking was a bit easier during peak hours since it got pretty busy.

Amazing stay with friends! We visited the nearby villages and took a bus into Oxford, which was so convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was top-notch. Breakfast was included, which was great for starting our days right before exploring.

One downside was that my mattress felt uncomfortable, like I could feel the springs, which affected my sleep a bit. But overall, it was manageable.

my stay was fantastic! last time in eynsham, i experienced a lovely atmosphere, but this time, the hospitality was even warmer. the dining options were exceptional, with my favorite being the aged sirloin burger—definitely a highlight.

So I stayed 1 night here and was pleasantly surprised! The room was beautifully decorated. Super comfy bed and the bathroom was modern, like it just came out of a magazine!
